ABOUT PROOF OF UMMOA CITIZENSHIP

There are two kinds of evidence of citizenship in the United Micronations Multi-Oceanic Archipelago (UMMOA):
  1. Statutory law or de jure evidence of citizenship;
  2. Common law or de facto evidence of citizenship.
Statutory law or de jure evidence of citizenship is shown through official documentary evidence in the form either of an unexpired City of Cyberterra Municipal ID Card (local evidence);

and/or in the form of an unexpired UMMOA Passport (international evidence).

The City of Cyberterra is the Capital of the UMMOA.

Common law or de facto evidence of citizenship is shown either by any evidence the person continuously maintains Cesidian Root infrastructure by maintaining actual servers in the Cesidian Root (this evidence can be provided by the Lieutenant Governor of the UMMOA, the Hon. Peter Dambier, who has records of who pays for or maintains Cesidian Root servers); and/or by any evidence the person pays a regular (and voluntarily) utility bill in Cyberterra, the $10-per-month annual Cesidian Root subscription to help maintain the Cesidian Root (see the PayPal subscription buttons on the top right). The case of the town of Monticello, Minnesota, verses TDS Telecom, a local telco, demonstrates that Internets like the Cesidian Root are utilities [1, 2]. Also, the Cesidian Root is an UMMOA-incorporated company.

The presence of both Statutory and Common law evidence comprises Proof of UMMOA citizenship sufficient in any court of law.
